We’re at the forefront of virtual shopping, and on a mission to change the way people buy sofas.

We want to engage with customers one on one, without the need to visit a physical store, and make the experience hassle-free.

We are recruiting home-based online Sales Executives to drive our B2C sales through our live commerce platform with un-capped commision (OTE £28,000).

 

The role:

  • Accelerate Snug sales through virtual online shopping
  • Manage leads generated by our live commerce platform
  • Handle incoming video calls, chats and virtual consultations
  • Remotely engage with customers in real-time and deliver virtual product demonstrations using our online Shopify assets
  • Develop expert product knowledge, and be an ambassador for the Snug brand
  • Provide product advice, style inspiration, and an excellent customer experience
  • Build rapport and bring the personal touch to online shopping
  • Bring our products to life
  • Guide our customers through the buying process and simplify their decisions
  • Follow our customer journey and bring sales to a close
  • Assist the sales process and generate live baskets for online customer checkout
  • Maintain regular communication with ongoing leads
  • Manage pre-booked video appointments via our concierge landing page
  • Liaise with our physical showroom teams to schedule virtual showroom walkthroughs

 

About you:

  • Digital savvy and comfortable with video technology
  • A people person with strong listening skills and empathy
  • Ability and confidence to reassure customers with purchase decisions
  • Sales driven and customer service-oriented with an enthusiastic approach
  • Interested in furniture and interiors with an eye for design and spatially aware
  • Target driven and performance-focused
  • Presentable and articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills

 

Requirements

You will need to have:

  • A home working environment suitable for video calls
  • Flexibility to work out of normal office hours (evenings, weekends)
  • Ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships

Experience preferred (but not essential):

  • Customer service
  • Assisted retail sales
  • Ecommerce
  • Furniture, home improvement product sales
