The product team at Worthix is a group of multidisciplinary creatives that believes in blending the best of visual and experience design to create delightful products for our customers. Product Design is a strategic, user-centric, and data-informed function within the Design team. We value your creativity and talent to solve complex design problem and balance user needs and business objective.
Be the design lead of a fast-growing startup in conversation-based customer decision intelligence.
Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research.
Work with data and perform data visualization. Design intuitive charts that accurately present statistical results in a story.
Partner with cross-functional peers within product, customer success, data science, research, and engineering to define initiatives and create thoughtful solutions—representing design and being the voice for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
Consistently elevate the quality of the design by soliciting feedback from peers and stakeholders through design review and by facilitating design thinking workshops.
3-5 years of relevant industry experience in a Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design role of SaaS products.
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong experience with data visualization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity designing for multiple platforms with responsive design.
Proficient in systems-thinking and the ability to contribute and define patterns in Adobe XD Figma, and Sketch.
Strong understanding of experimentation and moderated research techniques using qualitative or quantitative data to inform and measure the impact of the work.
Comfortable championing new ideas with peers, stakeholders, and leadership with a startup mindset.
Experience with data analysis, including regressions, time series, etc.
Probability or statistical knowledge
Strong experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or D3
