We're scaling the product team and looking for a Product Manager. At Wavo, we put our users first. We're looking for someone to bring innovative, and user-centric product solutions. We work with many of the biggest label companies around the world. You'll have a direct impact on the adoption of our services by customers and their experience.

Here's what to expect :

  • To understand business, strategy, customer needs, and translate them to feature opportunities

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap to deliver innovative solutions which support the growth of labels and artists

  • Communicate product plans with key teams members to align strategies and represent the product to internal and external stakeholders like sales, marketing and engineering

  • Follow the adoption of products and features after release by collecting user feedback and use that insight to improve product

  • Construct user stories and backlogs

  • Act on product OKRs to build innovative solutions with your team

  • Evaluate product performance and user behavior

  • Animate user's need meeting with stakeholders

  • Develop business cases to evaluate new business opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management

  • Hands-on experience driving development and growth initiatives in a fast-growing environment

  • Experience collaborating with development teams and managing day-to-day technical and design direction

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and influence them without direct authority

  • Passionate about the latest industry trends and competitive intelligence

  • Data-driven and obsess to measure performance

  • Ability to automate process and reporting

  • B2B SaaS experience is a big plus

  • Music and/or marketing industry knowledge is a big plus
