Emplicity is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) with over 20 years in business. We're looking for a fully remote Payroll Specialist to join our fantastic team processing payroll for clients all over CA and the US. This position will be responsible for providing payroll services to over 35 clients to include over 500 employees. Looking for a candidate that is self-motivated and willing to learn. The ideal candidate would have experience running payroll in a high volume situation.



Must have strong accuracy skills and the ability to process payrolls in a timely manner. Will need a strong sense of communication skills while dealing with all clients’ needs in areas of providing customer service. Will need strong analytical skills in terms of processing payrolls, scanning employee paperwork, and processing garnishments. Will need the flexibility to conform to varying customer and employee needs as they arise. Must have a basic understanding of various employee deductions, especially in the area of benefit deductions. Need the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with many changes coming at the last moment prior to processing a payroll. Must be computer-savvy in areas of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have a fun attitude and ability to work well with others in a small business environment that is constantly growing.
