As a Community team lead for Cookpad, your role will be to build a user community for people who like cooking and want to be a part of a community while leading a team working towards the same goal. This is a contract position and the successful candidate will be able to work remotely.
Cookpad is one of the largest home cooking sharing platforms in the world. Every month some 100 million users participate to find and share recipes from more than 70 countries and in more than 30 languages.

As a Community team lead for Vietnam, your main responsibility will be to lead and coordinate multiple team members to spread the Cookpad mission and promote the enjoyment of cooking among potential users of the platform, encouraging them to share their recipes and cooking tips with others.
You will help the community grow in cooperation with your colleagues, contributing and executing new ideas, organizing meetings with users, cooking events, contests, etc., always with a high component of entrepreneurship and imagination.
- Passion for the world of cooking and for improving the world;
- Enthusiastic in solving problems in kitchen / food / lifestyle areas;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-taught;
- User-centered approach;
- Excellent communication skills to spread the Cookpad mission to users;
- Fluent written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
- Experience in working in an international team;
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in managing communities related to cooking (online / offline);
- C2C product marketing, product development in the Internet industry;
- Business / strategy development as well as practical operational role;
- Experience in starting an association, start-up or innovative idea that contributes to responsible consumption;
- Own personal projects will be valued.
