As part of the CILA Creative Team, you will work with the marketing team to establish world-class branding for each of our portfolio companies, as well as provide creative support for ongoing needs. This ranges anywhere from social media graphics, logos, flyers, whitepapers, business cards, and a wide variety of various design deliverables.

Customer Support Member

Expectations

Respond quickly to customer's questions via online chat

Troubleshooting and then escalating bugs to our technical team

The ability to communicate clearly via chat to customers

Scheduled availability to participate in company calls

Strong time management skills and the ability to communicate amongst team members (since we are a fully remote company communication is very important)

Comfortable with multi-tasking across several platforms

Ability to self-report one's performance and identify areas for improvement

 

Required skills

Excellent communication skills are a must

Strong problem-solving skills

Empathy and patience while working with our customers

Interpersonal skills

Self and a quick learner

A quiet workplace with a good internet connection (this is not a skill but you will find it is necessary at times)

Basic knowledge of marketing strategies
