Bitwave is a rapidly expanding startup that specializes in software for businesses that use digital assets and crypto. Our platform provides cryptocurrency accounting, tax tracking, bookkeeping, digital asset treasury management, crypto AR / AP tooling, and we recently added full DeFi support (lending pool, liquidity pools, NFTs, etc.). 

We're looking to hire a world-class sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive (AE). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to identify decision-makers within enterprise companies and crypto-native companies.


In this role, you will: 

  • Be responsible for developing opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeting outbound enterprise prospects.
  • Give sales demos, close new business, and establish long-term relationships with our future customers. 
  • Create account plans and strategies designed to grow revenue and exceed quota in the near and long-term
  • Build new relationships with strategic accounts
  • Prospect to unlock new opportunities and nurture those opportunities to maximize customer retention
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Product teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Interset in digital assets, decentralized finance, and cryptocurrencies
  • BA/BS degree 
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or business development
  • 2+ years of experience carrying a defined revenue quota
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services
  • Hard-working, dedicated, data-driven
  • Ability to excel both independently and work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and other Sales Enablement tools
