THE COMPANY:

Catalyser is a socially conscious SaaS company headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Our software helps Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resource leaders at large companies by organizing, tracking, and increasing their employee volunteering/donations. We serve enterprise clients like Deloitte, Xero, and Energy Australia.

 
COMPENSATION ($AUD):

SALARY: $80,000 AUD/year

BONUS: Up to $40,000 AUD/year based on individual and company performance

PTO: Unlimited

 
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Catalyser grew its client base, we need need another person to:

  1. own customer support queries from our B2B enterprise clients
  2. collaborate with our Head of Product to understand feature requests and bug fixes
  3. address customer requests for analytics/data cleaning 
  4. onboard new subscribers onto our SaaS platform
  5. maintain professional relationships with the clients' CSR/HR/payroll departments
 
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

HARD REQUIREMENTS

  1. strong interpersonal skills (both phone and e-mail)
  2. operating in or near the Sydney, Australia time zone
  3. client-facing experience with MNCs
  4. has intermediate Excel skills, or exposure to ETL tools (Alteryx Designer) or data visualization tools (Tableau)

DESIRED, BUT NOT NEEDED:   

  1. has worked in a VC-backed startup or fast-moving org
  2. has experience in CSR/ESG/HR
  3. has experience working in SaaS companies
  4. knows HubSpot (or similar CRMs)
  5. additional language skills, particularly Chinese
