The Role

The Sales Representative’s role will include both the corporate and education sector. Your primary objective will be to secure footholds for Cerego in mission-critical training at small to large-sized companies and at the course level at colleges and universities. These footholds are our gateway to institution-wide/enterprise level adoption. You’ll be expected to gain understanding of key challenges in verticals you are working within. This is a challenging role that will require versatility.



Your main responsibility will be to convert incoming leads, provided by marketing, into sales. Cerego uses an evaluation based, problems-oriented sales approach. Our value proposition means nothing if we don’t understand our clients’ issues and mission and can align what matters to them with what we can do for them. Your ability to listen to and truly understand your prospects' challenges, problems, and their impact is crucial to our success.

Your empathy for our potential clients is the basis for helping them get better results through our cutting-edge tools. Your ability to align with their context and values is key to them feeling confident in us. We want candidates who are passionate about helping instructors and corporate trainers improve their learners’ ability to develop and retain knowledge.

College degree and three years experience in a SAAS sales environment (or demonstrably similar) required. Fluency in a second language is also desirable.
