Brave is looking for a Performance Marketer who will develop and employ scalable consumer acquisition experiences, content strategies, ASO, and SEO best practices. You will work across all major departments: Product, Engineering, Design, PR, and Finance.

You will ensure the Brave user base continues to grow to 100M MAUs, and do so while maintaining the quality of message and privacy-respecting approach expected by Brave users. You will help expand the overall reach of our brand, the results of which are measured through browser engagement, site traffic, and adoption of new products like Brave Search.

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in marketing roles, particularly in consumer products, being responsible for paid social, SEM, SEO, ASO, & affiliate marketing
  • Data-driven, analytical, and problem-solving with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience planning and launching major paid advertising and brand advertising campaigns alone
  • Ability to handle budget management and project channel user numbers
  • Ability to craft mesmerizing creative in tight deadlines
  • Rigorous A/B tester who prioritizes and optimizes growth channels while pivoting at a moment’s notice
  • Proven self-starter -- ideally a former founder -- who’s endlessly curious
  • Top-notch communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational abilities
  • Grasp of essential technical concepts underlying the web 
  • Strong sensibilities around privacy and understanding of Brave’s positions on it

Bonus points:

  • Understanding of blockchain and crypto preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in the ad tech ecosystem
  • Experience working with web browsers or related platform technologies
  • A degree in computer science or mathematics
