As a rapidly growing company, we are looking to build out a new team of Customer Success Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their overall success on the platform and providing the knowledge/tools needed to see the full value our product can provide to best optimize their goals. These relationships with our customers will ultimately lead to increased customer satisfaction, retention and growth for SnackMagic.

SnackMagic is based in New York City, but this would be a remote position.
What You’ll Do With Us
- Develop and maintain and expert level knowledge of the SnackMagic platform
- Manage a book of customer accounts and ensure the customers overall success in working with SnackMagic from start to finish.
- Build & foster strong long term relationships with each customer. Act as a trusted partner and resource for their needs.
- Understand the clients needs and help them leverage the power of our product to best optimize their goals by demonstrating the opportunities available throughout the SnackMagic platform.
- Continuously update customers on new product features
- Constantly strive to expand customers' usage of our product by sharing different use cases and best practices.
- Maintain a regular communication schedule with customers post initial sale- including regular check ins, feedback calls, etc.
- Gain feedback from our customers to help continue improving our product.
