About the Role: 

As office admin, we are looking for someone who can be calm and organized in a storm. You will be working on various things on any given day:


As office Admin: 

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency to projects
  • Manage agendas/mail arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support other team members during peak activity periods and vacations/absences in the department
  • Review requests to ensure documentation is complete and include necessary approvals/signatures
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary


As AP-AR Manager: 

  • Review and validate invoices for accuracy, as required
  • Create list of all pending invoices and vendors. 
  • Distribute invoices to appropriate customers in a timely manner
  • Ensured clients are kept up to date with invoices/due payments
  • Organized and maintained files
  • Solely responsible for invoicing orders and crediting accounts
