You’ll be part of our People team dedicated to two things:


  • People and Culture: Onboard, engage and develop team members!!

  • Recruitment: Identify, attract, interview, select, hire employees!



You will:

  • Pro-actively source and attract talent across different networks and platforms, building and maintaining talent pools for various roles

  • Be a critical partner to our hiring teams, understanding and translating their needs into the recruitment process, and to the interview techniques.

  • Last but not least you will engage in employee journey and become a culture carrier

  • You have more than 3  years of recruitment experience in a rapidly growing organisation

  • Are a people-person: you don’t only provide the best experience to candidates, but also know how to build strong relationships with hiring managers

  • Have experience using professional social networks, both for sourcing and job marketing

  • Have excellent organisational skills and are a proactive and resilient team player

  • Are not afraid to get hands-on and try out different strategies to attract the best talent

  • You’re a fast learner, with incredible multitasking skills.

  • You’re curious and always eager to learn new things.

  • You’re an outgoing optimist with great communication skills.

  • You’re driven to get things done.

  • You’re fluent in English.

  • You are open to work in the EU Timezone.



Nice to haves:

  • Experience with recruitment in Digital publishing, Marketing and E-commerce industry
