The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will fuel our growth strategy by playing a critical role in generating demand for the Within3 platform and building our sales pipeline with qualified business opportunities globally from new prospects to existing customers. The successful candidate will have a strong history of building and executing demand generation strategies and will have a data-driven approach to measure, optimize and scale all campaigns. Our ideal candidate has a proven knack for creating full-funnel marketing plans – from first touch to every nurture point along the way, including gaining consensus from internal stakeholders (Marketing, Client Success, Business Development, Key Account Management).

  • Develop and implement a digital lead generation strategy that supports the overall marketing strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey
  • Own and steer the strategic planning and execution of programs, campaigns and marketing content to Within3’s internal customer base
  • Work closely with different marketing functions to align campaigns to the global strategy
  • Create, implement, and track targeted nurture campaigns using marketing automation software
  • Understand what marketing activities work best across the different regions of the world and adjust campaigns to support the regions particular culture
  • Maintain a monthly analytics report to track how social channels, posts and paid campaigns are working
  • Own the overall customer experience journey by ongoing assessment of areas for improvement and utilizing customer feedback as a marketing tool to drive
  • Other duties as required


  • At least five (5) years of relevant marketing experience, creating and implementing lead generation campaigns
  • Experience developing customer messaging and translating data into compelling stories
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive measurable results
  • Highly proficient in using marketing automation technology and leveraging Salesforce
  • Experience with Hubspot (Certified is a BIG plus)
  • Experience in the life sciences industry or in a SaaS business.
