Emurgo is a co-founding member of the Cardano blockchain. We build enterprise applications to create a global ecosystem leveraging Cardano. This is a newly created position on our Enterprise team and will play a pivotal role in creating a high powered sales engine.
This is a multifaceted role that will require you to wear multiple hats on a daily basis. Your day-to-day will require you to work with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will be the first point of contact for many of our new customers and responsible for driving revenue. This will be a critical role in the growth of our enterprise sales engine and report directly to our Head of Enterprise Sales.
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
- Assist our sales team in guiding customers through the customer journey, managing our CRM, and closing business
- Assist our marketing team in designing inbound and outbound campaigns, and turning them into leads and revenue
- Design and build customer-facing marketing content
- Take sole ownership of customer service requests and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM, Sales Navigator, and outbound marketing tools
- The ability to design beautiful presentations
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with ease
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a sales or marketing role
- Eagerness to learn and not afraid to fail
