Timeero's GPS time tracking and mileage tracking software enables field service companies and deskless workers to better manage their businesses. Timeero was founded in 2019 and has quickly grown to become a leader in the mobile workforce tracking space. Our software and services are used by field professionals ranging from construction to dog walking businesses. 

We're looking for a customer success manager to help with supporting our existing and new customers.

Timeero is a fully remote team, meaning you get to work from anywhere.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have grit and a great work ethic.
  • Monitor live chat and provide guidance on using our tools and service offerings.
  • Answer incoming phone calls from prospective and existing customers.
  • Be extremely helpful to users and prospects.
  • Troubleshooting any issues that users may have.

 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and navigate different systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and become a trusted advisor for customers to work with.
