Customer Success Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Professional to own customer retention marketing at Prompt.  The role will focus on the creation of content and communications for our existing user base that ensures they are maximizing the value our Software provides and have the best possible experience on the system. Our explosive growth to date has been driven by word-of-mouth and this role will be critical in supporting and accelerating that trend. This is a highly cross-functional role in which you'll get to work closely with stakeholders across the product, marketing, sales, services, and support teams. 

You will...

  • Drive user retention 
    • Continue building and maintaining Prompt's Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Create onboarding courses 
    • Create automated email content designed to help ensure that all users on Prompt or using the system to its full potential 
    • Editing videos (Added Bonus)
    • Planning and hosting customer success Events/Webinars 
  • Create case studies
  • Partner and work with Continuing Education content providers to sell courses within the LMS
  • Post webinar/event content sharing
  • Market add-ons and optional integrations to existing users 
  • Assist the marketing team in new lead development initiatives
    • Events and webinars
    • Website and blog content creation
    • Partnerships

The ideal candidate has:

  • Marketing/business development experience 
  • Customer Service/Success experience 
  • Strong writing experience 
  • Experience using email marketing software
  • Video editing experience
  • Experience working in an outpatient rehab setting 

Nice to Have Experience inside these softwares (or similar):

  • Zoom Webinar
  • LMS: Thinkific, Docebo, TalentLMS, etc
  • Email Marketing Software: Mailchimp / InfusionSoft / GetResponse / Constant Contact 
    • Experience setting up automated email campaigns in any of these 
  • CRM: Hubspot / Salesforce
