About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join us. Responsibilities include:
- Develop & own the US Growth Marketing Strategy to increase student user sign up.
- Search out & find innovative new growth channels including partnerships.
- Provide market insights that support central channel leads, including SEO, PR, Paid etc. to align on market strategy.
- Provide feedback to the central Marketing Leadership Team on competition and market trends.
- Monitor & report on key performance indicators such as web traffic, app downloads & sign-ups.
- Work with an in market social and content manager to help drive awareness of the Student Beans Brand.
- Deliver presentations to the Senior Leadership Team detailing progress, plans and opportunities.
We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…
- Proven experience of growing a fast paced scale up or startup business.
- Worked in an E-Commerce and/or Gen Z startup or scaleup.
- Experience with B2C marketing
- Data driven mindset, using performance metrics to improve future performance
