We are a diverse, globally distributed, remote team who practice our core values on a daily basis. We are looking for an in-house Recruiter who will join our People Operations team and help us build our global footprint and assist in making Air Apps the best place to work on the globe.

 

This position is based in Europe and is fully REMOTE*

About You

Your desired skills and experience include:

  • 5+ years of professional recruiting experience

  • BS in Human Resources or equivalent industry experience

  • Ability to source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

  • Experience recruiting at all levels, preferably in a global capacity within the software industry

  • Able to interview people from diverse language and geographic backgrounds

  • Hands-on experience with remote interview formats

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

  • Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Professional fluency in English

  • Positive attitude as you will be the first point of contact for candidates

  • Enthusiasm for quality, attention to detail, and overall customer experience

     

The job requires operating in a highly dynamic and cross-functional environment. You must have a strong People Operations background within a high growth startup environment. Also, you must have the following:

 

  • The ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies, clear grasp of time line vacancies need to be filled

  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications

  • Create standard recruiting procedures

  • Highly collaborative and able to work across different teams

  • Be up to speed with the needs and wants of technical candidates

  • Able to support a growing organization and People Operations Team

  • Communicate about statuses, risks, strategies, and opportunities

  • Be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time

  • Love finding the needle in the haystack, and solving problems methodically
