We are looking for a talented and experienced recruiter to join an international team working. The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offer job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Summary of Responsibilities:


  • Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company

  • Advertise job openings on career pages and application sources;

  • Providing candidates with good experience;

  • Report the status of vacancies available to hiring managers and HR managers;

  • Answer candidates' questions about the selection process;

  • Build a network of relevant contacts;

  • Attract the best professionals by executing a solid recruiting strategy.

  • Maintain a balance between recruiting, passive and sourcing efforts;

  • Collaborate with teams and leaders to understand their recruiting needs.



  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter

  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
