Job Description

We are experiencing significant growth and is seeking a talented, passion-driven individual to enhance the talent and of our development team. This position will be responsible for supporting clients using two different Experian Health revenue cycle products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyzing and facilitating the resolution of complex client issues for multiple products
  • Partnering with the relationship management, engineering, and product management teams to facilitate prompt resolution of client issues
  • Attending and participating in internal and client meetings
  • Consistently communicating with clients to answer questions and provide case status updates
  • Working collaboratively with teammates and product adjacent teams to resolve issues in a timely manner



Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in related field, or equivalent education and experience 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the healthcare industry with familiarity of the healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or 835 or 837 and X12 or HL7 experience a plus.
  • Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high client expectations
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to product and process changes 
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks, take initiative, and prioritize
  • Should be detail oriented
  • Must be able to work productively in a remote environment
