Job Description

We are looking for a talented Tech Recruiter to help with our global expansion. Focus will be Tech roles of various levels of seniority, from junior/mid to managerial: Back-end, Front-end, Mobile, DevOps, QA, Security, etc.


Please note that the specified location is only for reference, the role can be performed elsewhere.



  • Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process from job brief, sourcing, and assessing the right candidates
  • Perform interviews & selection process for candidates, manage and organize the internal information resources
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
  • Maintain the relationship with existing clients to build an overall rapport for extensive business relations
  • Provides support for ad-hoc reporting requests as needed


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 1 year of work experience, relevant experience within fintech and financial service industry would be a plus
  • Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organisational Culture, and Talent Management
  • Motivated, energetic and result-driven
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player
  • Passion on crypto
