This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Mastery of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Command of architecture, design, and business processes
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Expertise in working in in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Passionate about building an innovative culture
Experienced in modern programming languages.
* Private or Public Cloud Implementations
* Mature CI/CD technologies to build, deploy and run software
* High Throughput, Low latency Micros Services Design and Architecture; Monolith to Micro Services transformation is a plus.
* Large Scale Event Driven Architectures and Data Steaming (Kafka)
* NoSQL expertise (DynamoDB or Cassandra)
Advanced knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
Strategic planning (e.g. roadmap creation and execution)
Mastery of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Command of architecture, design and business processes
BS in Computer Science or closely related degree.
Advanced knowledge of software lifecycles, Agile, and test automation strategies
Experience developing and deploying complex data applications
Able to communicate complex technical concepts to company stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner
Experience implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures
Financial industry experience with exposure to credit card management systems in large scale/high-volume industry is preferred
Knowledge of Fintech industry would be a plus
