Localization Account Manager – Switzerland – remote or office-based position

 

Our client is a well-established Language service provider with 30 years of experience in the industry. The company offers a competitive salary, commission,  great benefits and a career path to grow with the company.  

We are currently looking for a Localization Account Manager to join their team in Zurich, Switzerland. You will be teaming up directly with Managing Director, Senior Director Sales and Account Management.

As an Account Manager, the main purpose of your role is acquiring new clients and growing an existing portfolio of accounts.

 
This position can be office based, but also remote based anywhere in Switzerland. Client is also open for a combined option of working from home and office selected days of the week. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

•            Identify and follow up on qualified leads. Pursue and acquire new clients in an assigned geography or industry sector.

•            Manage opportunities and/or renew existing contracts in an assigned portfolio of accounts.

•            Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure excellence in meeting client requirements.

•            Ensure sales process compliance and adherence to sales guidelines

•            Manage sales pipeline, ensure up-to-date and accurate records in eCRM (data quality).

 

Requirements:

 

•            University degree in a relevant area (business, marketing)

•            Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales/Client Account managing position

•            Experience in similar domains (E.g., services, localization) and relevant industries (E.g., manufacturing, information technologies, life science)

•            Experience in related solution (i.e. Digital Experience Management, Global Content Management)

•            Self-starter, autonomy in identifying business opportunities; knowledge of Sales methodology and tools

•            Strong analytical skills to match client requirements with our service offering and create/write compelling presentations & proposals

•            Excellent negotiation skills based on value selling

•            Strong interpersonal skills

•            Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

•            Excellent English and German knowledge. French or Italian is a big plus
