Finance Officer

Nebra is a fast-growing hardware and software company in the Maker/Hobbyist and Industry 4.0 space. The company is rapidly growing and is looking for an experienced Finance Officer to help us scale efficiently.

This role is 100% remote.


Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Reconciling bank accounts, payment providers (i.e. PayPal/Stripe), credit cards, sales ledger and purchase ledger
  • Posting purchase invoices and purchase orders, using our approval system
  • Raising and sending sales invoices to customers
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Chasing customers on overdue invoices
  • Keeping Xero up to date
  • Maintaining records (electronically)
  • Ad hoc finance tasks to assist the Financial Controller


  • Proven bookkeeping and Xero experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Happy to challenge and help improve processes


  • Bookkeeping experience within a hardware company
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience with approval workflow based systems (i.e. ApprovalMax)
