NYC or Remote:

RippleMatch has a NYC headquarters but follows a remote-first working policy. What does this mean? You can come into our NYC office everyday, once in a while or very rarely!  RippleMatch will keep eastern hours as a company and we will expect any remote employee to have consistent high-speed WiFi access and maintain full time residency in the United States. Creating strong bonds between RippleMatch team members means a lot to us and we are investing heavily in creating opportunities to make sure remote employees get plenty of in-person time. We offer in-person onboarding, travel benefits and virtual team building activities!


The Role:

As the Director of Demand Generation and a member of leadership, you will be responsible for owning our demand generation strategy in order to meet monthly targets.  This includes paid media channels, integrated campaigns both owned and external, and reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for a demand generation budget and executing strategies to generate high quality leads, high conversion rates, and efficient spend.  You will have the opportunity to own monthly rotating campaigns from concept all the way through to execution, analysis, and optimization. This Director level role will work closely with the brand marketing to ensure campaigns are supported through content and events.


What you bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in B2B Marketing (preferably Salas)
  • Strong operational knowledge and execution know-how (campaign set-up, bidding, etc) 
  • HubSpot and/or Salesforce expertise (Marketo is a plus)
  • Deep experience with display advertising
  • Outstanding analytical skills and knowledge of key industry metrics 
  • Deep understanding of channel attribution models 
  • Knowledge of digital analytics – tagging, attribution, dashboard development, Google Analytics, Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Experience with creating workflows for landing pages
  • Post-vaccine, hybrid or in-person work from NYC headquarters
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience within recruiting industry and/or recruiting software
    • Experience with working with agencies a plus
    • Experience managing, hiring, and developing more junior associates
