Sastrify supports Tech, Finance and Procurement teams in buying and renewing SaaS subscriptions so they can focus on what matters while we save their time and money by applying best practices in SaaS buying and using a dedicated procurement team that benefits from a large database of benchmarks.

 

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Head of People & Culture (m/f/d) who holistically further shapes and manages our HR and culture on our journey from around 25 to 100 and more people in line with Sastrify’s vision and strategy. The person must be an analytical thinker, but at the same time caring for people’s needs, strong in implementation of the People strategies and actively grow and manage their team in a fast changing and international context within a diverse and distributed team in currently 4 countries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify HR requirements for a highly diverse and international team and define HR Strategy in line with overall business strategy and goals
  • Further oversee and streamline recruiting processes and actively support recruiting to hire top candidates, who'll be aligned with Sastrify's values and needs
  • Define and implement HR initiatives (e.g. feedback culture), and further streamline On- and Offboarding processes while ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Design, implement and manage a system for the personal development of 'full potential' of each Sastrify employee and foster intra company learning
  • Further manage a system to actively measure employer satisfaction and implement initiatives to ensure an outstanding people experience
  • Grow and develop a people team
  • Know how to balance “keeping the big picture” and when to “dive in the details” in order to manage your function well
  • Cultivate Sastrify's employer brand internally and represent externally

Requirements

  • Significant HR (5+ years) and Leadership Experience (2+ years) in a high growth start up environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a certain love for processes
  • You are self-driven, highly structured and have a hands-on mentality
  • You care about business value and people experience in addition to hr excellence
  • Generalist HR experience including Talent Acquisition is a must
  • Knowledge in labour law (German and international) and experience in collaborating with external partners
  • You already have a good understanding of a functional remote workplace and know how to drive diversity & inclusion topics
  • You are a great communicator who can easily explain ideas and engage people
  • You believe in continuous learning and improvement and consider mistakes as a part of achieving great results
  • You have outstanding written and oral ability in German and English
  • You're eligible to work in Germany
  • You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have an office)
