Job Description

 

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the QC service department.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop QC agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Develop quality standards for all departments
  • Create and maintain quality check and control procedures
  • Improve and create training materials
  • Ensure corporte standards are followed throughout the company
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
  • Engage in investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by customer service agents


Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as a custimer service quality control manager, customer service or call-center manager
  • Experience in customer service support and internal quality control
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English, Russian (additional knowledge of Polish is a huge advantage)
  • Experience with CRM systems, online phone tools (PBX systems)
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing, oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
