In order to fulfill our promise to families, WeeCare has a talented team of Childcare Coordinators that help facilitate the relationship between parents and providers, ensuring we match parents with daycares that meet all of their needs. Our team has recently expanded and we are looking for a Parent Success Specialist to help with the parent onboarding experience, retention and customer support.

Our Parent Success Specialists are accountable for ensuring we provide an exceptional experience for families across all aspects of the parent lifecycle. Our approach centers around building trust-based relationships with our customers and continuously assessing how we can provide a better experience. We're looking for ambitious and thoughtful customer advocates, who are eager to become experts in all things WeeCare, improve customer experience, and support our Childcare Coordinator team. 


As a Parent Success Specialist, you will: 

  • Own the end-to-end success for WeeCare parents, being responsible for the onboarding process, customer happiness and strategic initiatives to improve retention metrics
  • Handle escalated customer requests 
  • Establish pivotal communication touch points throughout the lifecycle of parents and recommend retention strategies to achieve target metrics
  • Cultivate your knowledge about our customers, focusing on what matters to parents while informing and improving internal processes 
  • Serve as a representative of parents back to WeeCare's cross-functional teams, advocating on behalf to ensure we're working in the best interests of our users
  • Use parent success metrics to find opportunities to improve the parent experience 
  • Contribute to the development of the Marketplace team by bringing strong team-orientation, finding opportunities to share knowledge and best practices, and participating in hiring as needed to fuel the team's expansion
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities of multiple internal and external parties

  • You work well in teams and can communicate effectively
  • You are bilingual or can speak multiple languages (a plus)
